We ship internationally from South East Asia, once your order has been confirmed we will inform you of delivery times in accordance to your delivery address.
HOW DO I TRACK THE PROGRESS OF MY ARTWORK SHIPMENT?
We will inform you of the progress of your order via email updates.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER PRIOR TO SHIPMENT?
You may cancel your order up to 5 business days of ordering.
CAN I RETURN THE ARTWORK IF I’M NOT SATISFIED?
Asiahues does not offer a ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges. If there is any damage or another issue caused during transit please contact us at jade@asiahues.com.
WILL MY ARTWORK INCLUDE A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY?
Each artwork certificate of authenticity is stamped and certified by Asiahues.
WILL MY ARTWORK ARRIVE READY TO HANG?
Artworks will typically arrive either mounted, framed or stretched. Large or oversized works may be shipped rolled. Please always check the artwork description for details on how the artwork will arrive or email us at jade@asiahues.com to enquire before purchasing.
FRAMING OPTIONS
We offer professional framing options on most framable artworks; printed work, photography and small works on paper. Contact us at jade@asiahues.com for framing options of your artwork.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Receiving a damaged must be report within 14 days of delivery. To file a damage report, send detailed photographs of the damage to jade@asiahues.com, along with your name, order number and artwork name and we will work with you to find a solution.
